2. Data we collect
- Account details (name, email, phone, password hash)
- Delivery and billing addresses
- Order history and communication related to orders

3. Card payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and CVV never touch our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We only store order references and payment status IDs.
4. Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account
- To process and fulfil orders (contract)
- To communicate about orders and support
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests)
- Where required by law (tax / accounting retention)
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the shop (for example Stripe for payments, email delivery providers, and hosting). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records may be retained for accounting and legal obligations. You can request erasure of account personal data from My Account → Privacy.
7. Your rights

- Erase your account / personal data (subject to legal retention)
- Object to or restrict certain processing

Signed-in customers can download their data or delete their account from My Account → Privacy.
